Waking Up To God
Faith Is Not Static: You can’t manufacture faith; it’s God’s gift that unites you to Christ.
God Is Here Now: The Lord is present everywhere, such as during challenging conversations or the journey home after work. When your faith is alive, He is never far from you, and this is true even when His aim remains unclear.
Every Moment Is Holy: Faith should be lived every day and not confined to Sunday. Remember that when you are in the dark about something, God gives you light. In chaos, He gives you peace. In daily routines, He provides meaning. When you realize that He is with you always, life can be extraordinary.
Practice Small Obedience: Take time to pause and see the gifts in this life: the kind words spoken to you, strength when it was needed, and happy, silent thankfulness. Obedience and fruit come by the Spirit as you mature in your faith. As you walk through this life, try to stay beside the Lord, who is always there with you. Will you abide in Him today, knowing He is carrying you through life?
