Walk-with-Christ guide

Purpose:

Take the next step in faith, discipleship, and purposeful living. Examine your walk with Christ, grow spiritually, and, most importantly, use your spiritual gifts to bring Glory to God through your daily living.

Finding Your Path for Going Deeper in Your Faith:

Discipleship is a lifelong journey; you do not have to walk alone in the Body of Christ. Consider these questions as you think about your faith:

• What does it look like for you to live out the words of Jesus daily?

• Where do you long for growth in your faith?

• How might you make time to commune with the Lord through Scripture and prayer?

Inspiration for Others:

Use your spiritual gifts for the glory of God. Consider the following:

• How do you help others through what you do?

• How do you break this down into the love and faithfulness of God each day?

Consider viewing every win as one more step toward growth in Christ and as a positive impact on the world, by God's grace.

Today's Step:

Choose one concrete way to use your spiritual gifts today—for the glory of God and the good of someone specific. Please share the good news of Jesus with one person and invite them to join you on your walk with Christ.

Growth Through Learning:

Education is one of the instruments God wields to serve His purposes. He invites you to reflect on your path and where you are headed in the future:

• What will you do with your experience and knowledge for the glory of God?

• How can you go about acquiring wisdom and growing in faith?

Therefore, develop a love of learning, and God will, by His Spirit, lead them to apply their knowledge in the service of others.

Finding Purpose in Faith:

Consider your life

• How might God call you to live out your gifts and passions to be a blessing to others?

• How might faith inform those relationships in your daily life?

Aligning your life with God's purpose can have an inward effect that will also have a cascading impact outward, bringing about positive change in your family and community. Faith can guide you to a meaningful and faithful life, regardless of where you begin.

Prayer:

Lord, I thank you for offering me a lifelong journey of discipleship. Help me, by Your Spirit, live out Your words daily, grow where I long for growth, and make space in Your presence through Scripture and prayer. Use my gifts for Your glory. Teach me to serve others with love and faithfulness, to learn with humility, and to align my life with Your purpose so that change begins in me and overflows to my family and community. Amen.
